This is my first home, so I am looking for someone to love it as much as I do. It's in beautiful condition, in a really great area of Cardiff. It's within walking distance of all local amenities, and and the city centre is a 15 minute walk. You will be joining a friendly, relaxed houseshare with myself and one other housemate.
The bedroom is in the middle of the house. It has a huge double wardrobe which spans the width of the room. It also has a bed and bedside table, and dressing table/ shelf. This bedroom is available now.
There is an open plan kitchen, dining, living room which is great for entertaining, and a separate living room at the front of the house.
I am looking for a clean, friendly housemate who is sociable and easy going.
