I am in agreement with Talybont court(Student Accomodation) from September 2017 to September 2018. Talybont residence team will only release me from my residence agreement if I find a substitute student to take over my room.
Ready to settle on any reasonable amount that is 400-500£ discount. Rent will directly be paid to Talybont court in full from the day the person move in to last day of my contract i. e 14th September. But we can talk about the payment so anyone deciding to come over doesn’t have to pay the actual amount due.
