This apartment was furnished to a high standard to accommodate a holiday let but we have now decided to look for a professional or professional couple to rent the property.

The apartment has everything you would need to move in which saves a lot of money in furnishing costs, all the way to cutlery. Obviously, you are welcome to bring your own furniture as well but some people love the idea of a move in option.

Gated secure parking and secure entry to the building.

The bays bars and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the apartment as well as local amenities.

You can be in central Cardiff shopping districts in 10-15 minutes driving and due to the location the bus routes are rife to take you anywhere you need in Cardiff.
