Bright and spacious double room in a great location, only a 2 minute walk from Cardiff Bay train station, Wales Millennium Centre and the bars and restaurants of Mermaid Quay. You can also walk to Cardiff Central Station in 20 minutes.

The flat is on the fourth floor (the building has a lift) and has large sash windows making the space bright and airy. The room is a furnished double with a private bathroom. All bills included (WIFI, heating, water, Council Tax).

Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and enjoys a good chat but also likes their own space.

The flat does not have private parking but there is free parking available on nearby streets.
