Entry is via key fob and there is a 24 hour Conscierge service. The flat is on the 3rd floor, accessed by a lift and has water views.
We are looking for someone to rent a room (or the whole flat when both rooms are available) and look after the place and keep the flat clean and tidy for us.
One room is larger and has an en suite with rain shower and the other would have use of the main bathroom. (The more expensive room is larger and has the shower en suite).
The flat has a parking space in the secure undercroft parking area, however please note that this is not available to let at this time.
The room is furnished and both bedrooms have been recently carpeted.
The kitchen/lounge/diner is fully stocked with plenty of seating and kitchen bar with stools.
