Lovely fully restored, bay fronted, end of terrace home in Cardiff Bay.

It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, very near the local park, river and Taff trail and yet also only a few hundred yards from Mermaid Quay; the shop and restaurant area on the bay waterfront.

The town centre is a 5 min cycle ride, 2 min car journey or a 20 minute walk beside the river. Parking on the street is uniquely zoned for the residents and so unusually for Cardiff there is plenty of space all day and in the night.

The rooms available are on the opposite ends of the first floor, both with their own private en-suite.

Bedroom one is a bay windowed room at the front of the property. This is the room available soon. This room is sunny in the morning into the afternoon. The windows have venetian blinds that stop the light when required. The en-suite shower room with mixer shower sink, cupboard storage and rubber floor. Large built in wardrobe with mirror doors. Desk / dressing table is provided in the bay window. There is shelving and further storage under the ottoman double bed.

Bedroom two is to the rear of the property has a vaulted ceiling with two remote controlled Velux windows so is lovely and bright all day and yet can be blacked out as required. Furnished with a ottoman double bed (with storage compartment underneath), a wardrobe with full length mirror doors, desk and chair. The large en-suite bathroom (originally the house bathroom) has a large bath (powerful shower over), heated towel rail, toilet, hand basin, storage and mirrors. Again, easy clean rubber flooring.

Lodgers love the homely feel of the house, it's convenient location and facilities. Many have stayed for over year long periods and returned when returning to the city.

The house has high quality finishes throughout; hardwood doors, windows and floors throughout (great for low dust and keeping clean), glass tiles in the bathrooms, limestone floor in the kitchen, etc. Hallway lights are automatic and rooms have dimmable / remote lights. Unlimited Wifi.

On the ground floor is the hallway with lounge dining room to the front (which remains cool in the heat!). There's a large screen TV, HiFi system (including record deck!) Sofa and chairs. Dining table, chairs and side cabinets.

To the rear is the kitchen. All mod cons, double range cooker, extractor fan to outside, American fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Table and chairs for breakfast or quick tea rather than moving to the dining room. Off the kitchen is the utility space with washing machine and more storage space.

There is a small yard/garden to the rear, with mature planting, gravel and patio area with table and chairs. The garden gets the sun in the morning, middle of the day to the evening.

There's also a secure shed for bike storage.

A professional house, it is very relaxed and chilled. We all enjoy mixing and yet have a lot of our own space when needed.
