Double bedroom with own bathroom available in Cardiff Bay (Galleon Way). Looking for a chilled relaxed housemate. My last roommate has had to move, she lived here 2 years with me. I’m currently a masters student at Cardiff university and working part time, so home Working in the day a lot.
Fully furnished apartment, bigger than your average apartment with a great location around the corner from mermaid quay and a 10 min walk to Cardiff central.
We have parking spaces that I currently rent out, this pays for the bills.

Rent is 415 pcm
Bills not inc (water 55, internet 25 and electric around 30 pcm between 2 people).
