The apartment is located in a quiet street of Cardiff Bay with excellent travel routes: the M4 is round the corner, bus stops are 2mns walk into central. Train station is 10mns walk. Mermaid Quay is 5mns walk. There are many shops and takeaways all within a 10mn walking radius.

The apartment is new with all new tiling throughout. Very comfortable with excellent insulation which of course helps with the energy bills! I am ideally looking for both rooms to be taken at a discounted price of £950/month. But would be okay with renting the room out separately but this would mean you would have to share the flat with someone else. This can be negotiated.
