The flat itself is in a block of flats overlooking the old docks. It has plenty of transport links nearby with Cardiff Bay station being a 5 minute walk away, and Cardiff city centre only 20 minutes or so.
The parking space allocated to the flat is currently in use by me but visitors can park on site within visitor bays.
Bills are currently around £128 each per month after the gas/energy price rise. This includes council tax, wifi, gas and electric.
I’m a 26 year old professional currently doing shift work so often I’m working during the afternoon/evening and on weekends.
