Bright and modern one bed flat in Cardiff Bay

I am moving in with my partner, so hoping to find someone great (or a couple) to rent my flat in the centre of Cardiff Bay. It is a two bedroom flat, but I shall be using the spare room as storage so it will effectively be a one bedroom that you will have to yourself/selves.

The master bedroom is an en-suite, but there is also a larger guest bathroom. The kitchen and living space is fully furnished but you’d be welcome to make any changes as well. Lovely big double glazed windows which means there is always lots of light in the sitting room and bedroom.

The location is right by Mermaid Quay, a one minute walk from Cardiff Bay station or a 15min walk to the city centre.
