Room to rent in Cardiff Bay

Hi! We are a couple looking for a third person to join our lovely household in the heart of Cardiff Bay. We are a working from home professional and a PhD student who are looking for someone that is considered, neat and tidy and easy to get along with. We are very easy going and would love to keep the familial atmosphere that we have had in the house so far!
The flat consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). You would be in bedroom number 1. The pictures are mostly for guidance, there have been a few renovations made. There is also a video of the whole flat which we are happy to share upon request. The apartment is fully furnished. The rent includes the water bill as well. The council tax, electricity and internet are not included in the rent. Bills are around £160-£180 per month.
We would be sharing a kitchen and a living room space. There are common areas shared by all of the building residents which are lovely especially in the summer.
The tenancy would start mid July but we would have to sign the contract by the end of May.
