I rent with a private landlord through openrent so the referencing process will be through openrent, I am just using spare rooms to advertise the flat share.

Size: Cosy, small double room
Furnishing: Furnished with a bed and a built in wardrobe with a cupboard.
Bills equal to about 148 a month each, which includes water, electric, gas and internet.
Also council tax if you’re a professional as I’m exempt.
About the Flat:
Location: Cardiff Bay, 2 min walk to Mermaid Quay, and 20 min walk to town / central station—great location!
Shared Areas: Fully equipped kitchen, cosy, stunning living room, and a clean, modern bathroom
About Me:
I'm a friendly, respectful, and mature student studying fashion buying and visual merchandising at Primark. I enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal space.
