Looking for new flatmate to live with 2 males .

Hi looking for a new flatmate to live with 2 professional males. The accommodation is a terraced house/apartment with courtyard and balcony. It has 3 floors, kitchen and storage room on the 1st floor. Lounge, bathroom and 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor. the last 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The new flatmate will be in one of the bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Kitchen comes with washing machine, oven and fridge/freezer. Council tax is £78.3 each per month, utilities on average are £48 each per month. internet is £19 each per month. We are both easy going guys who are respectful of each other and like socialising. We like to go out and drink on the weekends but then in the week its usually quiet we do occasionally go out in the week to do open mics but when we are back at the property go to bed. interested in finding someone who is also easy going who's got a good sense of humour and likes to socialise.
