It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, over looking the local park, the river and Taff trail are close by, also only a few hundred yards from Mermaid Quay; the shop and restaurant area on the bay waterfront.
The town centre is a 5 min cycle ride, 2 min car journey or a 20 minute walk beside the river. Parking on the street is uniquely zoned for the residents and so unusually for Cardiff there is plenty of space all day and in the night.

The bedrooms and bathroom are located on first floor. The double room is a bright room with a large window fully furnished with a full length mirrored 75mm wardrobe two rails , 7 drawer 100cm unit, tall boy 7 drawers, and a double bed.

The bathroom finishes are high quality with limestone tiling and white ceramic suite, it has a full length bath with shower, wc and sink, heated towel rail, de mist mirror with light and Bluetooth audio, plenty of storage for bathroom items.

The house has a homely feel, its convenient location and the facilities. Many have stayed longer than planned.

On the ground floor is hallway, with lounge and dining room to the front with a double bay window and a view over the park with sun streaming in throughout the day. There is a large tv, hifi system, sofa, large captain chair, side tables,, dining table with chairs and side cabinets. The living area has period wooden floors with rugs and the original fireplace features. To the rear is the kitchen, with all modern cons, fridge freezer, microwave, double range cooker, extractor fan, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a table and chairs for dining. There is a small garden to the rear with patio space, table snd chairs, the garden gets sun within the daytime through to early evening.

I am only looking to share my home with one other person so the house has plenty of room for your own space. There are two pets a cat and dog (who love each other) and love attention.
