I am a laid back chill person, more of a hang out and talk person, with my big drinking days behind me, preferring pubs to clubs, while playing games be that video or board.

A lovely cosy flat in the heart of the bay. Located near the police station in the bay. We are a quick five minute walk from Mermaid Quay and the bay train station. We have a bus stop just outside to get you in town if you don't fancy the walk. We are also a 20 minute walk (buses go this way to) from Ikea, Asda, Aldi and Lidil.

We have a kitchen that blends into the living room and is spacious space with plenty of storage for food.

The room also comes with your own private car park space, the street parking is also free but a lot of office workers use it so it gets hectic around school times and start/finishing hours.
