Lovely room for rent in recently renovated 3 bedroom flat located 5 minutes from Cardiff Bay train station. The room is well furnished, with a double bed and lots of natural light.

The flat is located in Century Wharrf, a great, secure apartment complex 5 minutes walk away from Mermaid Quay (centre of the Bay) and 10 minutes away from Cardiff Central train station. It has a large shared living area, which includes a launge/diner, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a bath and shower, all of which can be seen in the photos. Use of a full gym, swimming pool, concierge service and key fob access security is all included (photos are also included of the gym and pool). and a parking space is available if required.

The monthly rent includes water and all site related service charges, with only council tax, TV license, electricity, and WiFi left to pay on a bill split basis with the other tenants

I am looking for a responsible professional person to rent the room for a minimum period of 12 months and share the rest of the flat with the other two female tenants, both of which are young professionals working in the Bay area.
