It has a large shared living area, which includes a lounge/diner, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a bath and shower, all of which can be seen in the photos.

Use of a full gym, swimming pool, concierge service and key fob access based security is all included along with a parking space if required.

The monthly rent includes water and all site related service charges, with only council tax, TV license, electricity, and broadband left to pay on a bill split basis with the other tenants

I am looking for a responsible professional person to rent the room for a minimum period of 12 months and share the rest of the flat with two female tenants, both of which are young professionals working in the Bay area.
