Hi! I’m looking for one new flatmate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Cardiff Bay from 15th October (contract initially 6 months, then rolling monthly).

- Private ensuite with shower, toilet, and sink
Rent:
- Rent: £512.50 per month (includes water)
Bills (per person, monthly):

• Electric: £70.15
• Council tax: £117.50

About the Flat:
• Modern 2-bed flat
• Shared kitchen and living room
• Bike shed available
• One parking space included (I am currently using this parking space but there is an option to rent another from another flat for approx. £100/month, which we could split if needed)
About Me:
I’m a professional working Monday–Friday, 9–5, often travelling across South Wales so I’m sometimes home late. I go to the gym daily (either early mornings or evenings), love socialising with friends, but also enjoy downtime – chilling with TV, reading a book, or grabbing a coffee and a long walk with my friends. I’m easy-going, and looking for someone similar who will make the flat a relaxed and friendly home.
About You:
Ideally, you’re a tidy, considerate professional who’s looking for a comfortable home rather than just a room.
