Furnished Room in Cardiff Bay

I have a room going in my flat in Cardiff Bay. It’s available from the start of January for £650pcm. It’s a small double room in a 2nd floor flat. The flat is less than a 5 minute walk to Mermaid Quay and a 10 minute walk to Cardiff Central train station. The flat has a study, a separate living room and kitchen and plenty of storage space. My previous flatmate has just moved out after 4 years of living together. I’m a big rugby fan, and watch football too. Weekends are spent with mates at the pubs, going to the rugby etc. I work from home roughly 2 days a week, sometimes less. Looking for someone to move in who I’ll get on with well, and someone who’s clean and tidy.
