Looking for someone to take over my friend’s tenancy for a double room in a 2-bed ground-floor apartment in Corvette Court, Atlantic Wharf.

Fully furnished double room (slightly on the smaller side, with double bed, bedside table and wardrobes)
Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom
Modern kitchen with fridge/freezer and washer/dryer
Free residents’ permit parking

💷 Rent: £512.50 per month (£1,025 total for the flat)

💡 Bills/Utilities: Not included – approx. £208 per month (split evenly and tracked via Splitwise)

📅 Move-in date: 7th March

📄 Tenancy is on a monthly rolling contract (runs until further notice).
You’ll need to provide Photo ID and email details so the estate agent can carry out checks and add you to the tenancy agreement.

You’ll be living with just me — I’m a friendly, tidy and respectful working professional. I’m sociable but also appreciate personal space and a calm home environment.
Previously, my current housemate and I would often hang out in the living room watching TV, but since he got a girlfriend (the reason he’s moving out), I’ve gotten used to spending more time in my own room and giving them space. My partner lives in Swansea and stays over roughly every other weekend.
Ideally looking for someone clean, reliable and easy to live with who wants a relaxed, comfortable home rather than a party house.
