Light & airy flat at the heart of the bay

The flat:
This flat is probably one of the best finds on this site. We are a 5 minute walk from Cardiff bay train station, the WMC and the rest of the bay. The flat itself is full of light and wonderfully maintained.
The people:
My flatmates are incredibly friendly and we enjoy socialising around food or watching a bit of telly together. Our lovely landlord, Dan, is easy to contact and fantastic at responding to issues ASAP.

The remaining bills come to about -£150 p/m
There technically is parking but it's an extra £100 p/m. I have a car and I make do with parking on royal Stuart avenue (one road over)
The furnishings pictured in my room are not included however there is a bed, chest of drawers and bedside table that come with the room.
Most of the plants pictured will sadly be leaving with me but the flat is fantastic for the green fingered among you. There is also a balcony that I grew tomatoes and salad leaves on last year.
