Double Room to rent in Cardiff Bay

Hello! I have a double room to rent in Century Wharf in Cardiff Bay!

The room comes with a fitted wardrobe, bed and desk. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of storage and a modern living space.

The main bathroom would be pretty much yours, as I have an en-suite. I do occasionally use the bath, but otherwise you'll have the bathroom to yourself.

Bills included are service charge, council tax, water and broadband. Electricity isn't included and usually works out at around £30–£70 per person per month.

Century Wharf is a private development with an on-site gym, swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi which you're able to use. There is also parking available within the development.

The apartment is around a 10-minute walk from Mermaid Quay and a 20-minute walk into town.

A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old professional. I'm pretty active and spend a lot of my spare time running, cycling, swimming and travelling. I also enjoy pub trips and watching football and other sports.

The room is available as my current housemate is moving in with his partner!
