Hi! I’m looking for a housemate for a flat located about 10 minutes walk to Cardiff Central and 15 minutes walk to Cardiff Bay.

My name’s Dan and I’ll be your housemate! I’m originally from North Wales and work as a tutor in data and process improvement.
I love watching rugby - terrible at playing it; comedy, music, politics, the works!

My lovely housemate is moving out for totally understandable work reasons and so I’m looking for someone to take the spare room. I’ve had a couple of poor experiences with housemates in the past, so I’m looking for someone who is tidy, friendly, and ideally not too loud!

The room is a double bedroom with sole use of the main bathroom, it will be all yours!
We’ve got an open plan kitchen/living room great for watching movies, playing games or relaxing with a book, food or just a good old rant.
We also have a parking space and bike shed. Our living room has an amazing view of Cardiff too 😊

**The ONLY downside at the moment is that there’s currently scaffolding for cladding works going on - this is due to finish June this year. This means we can’t use the balcony at the moment, which sucks, but rest assured we can stuff it full of plants the moment it’s accessible again!
