Large Bedroom F..F. Top Floor Apartment Room

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share my spacious two-bedroom flat in Cardiff Bay.
Ideally would suit a visitor to Cardiff visiting the city from overseas and looking for somewhere short term

Situated on the third floor of the building along a very sought after popular location, the flat offers far more space than many apartments while retaining plenty of character. I’ve lived here for a number of years and genuinely enjoy calling it home. I’ve put a lot of care into creating a comfortable, welcoming space, so finding the right person is more important to me than simply filling the room. I’m hoping to find someone who’s looking to genuinely share a home and enjoy everything bay living has to offer.
There is a choice of either:-
A double Room with a Metal double bed with free Standing wardrobe space, a small work desk working area for a laptop, wall mounted TV and a separate Bathroom with a Bath / Shower
or
A Double Bedroom with En-Suite bathroom with a shower and Wardrobe along with a small area Dressing Table with Hair Dryer.
The shared living area comes with a 2x3 seater sofas, 55" TV and a coffee table and very large windows overlooking the popular main road leading off to the bay and directly opposite is Cardiff bay Railway station & a bus stop to the city centre (10 min)
There is a Very large kitchen equipped with Gas/Electric cooker, Large Fridge Freezer, dish washer, Washing Machine and the use of all kitchen stuff and a very large 6 seater oak dining table.
the apartment is with gas Central heating and maintains warmth very well in the winter
The apartment is situated 5 min walking distance to the bay & 10-15 min walking distance to the city centre.

I am semi retired person occasionally work for consulting engineers around the Cardiff area occasionally work in the offices and also sometimes remotely. i have a very casual view to life and enjoy far destination holidays to explore different places and their cultures. i have a very laid back attitude.
i enjoy mainly dining out aswell as cooking at home different cuisines.,
I am often out of the country on holidays, so i am looking for someone who is trusting.
The ideal person to share must like dogs as quite often i do have a dog in the flat for long weekends occassionally.
