Spacious room avaialable to rent Monday to Friday in Cardiff Bay near County Hall. The flat is situated 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minutes to cardiff bays bars and restaurants.

I am an easy going guy who plays a lot of sport so am not really around too much in the evenings. The room is therefore ideal for anyone commuting to Cardiff who wants somewhere to stay during the week.

There is a double bed, wardrobe, t. v and drawers provided as well as full use of the kitchen bathroom and lounge area. Basically it will be a home away from home and I am happy to work with short or long term contracts. So if you would like to know more or arrange a visit please get in touch.
