Double room in a huge flat!

Hi, I'm Sarah and unfortunately my flat mate is leaving Cardiff in July therefore I'll have a room available in a gorgeous flat! Double room, big built in wardrobe, furnished with chest of draws and bedside tables etc. Own bathroom with bath and shower. In Century Wharf so gym facilities on site. Its a great place to live and not far from town or the bay.

I'm sociable, pretty clean and tidy. In the week i work and like to do some form of exercise in the evening, weekends i'll sometimes go out on a Saturday night.

I dont have a definite date that my housemate is leaving yet but its likely to be sometime around July/August. Rent is £387. 50 a month plus bills (council tax, electric etc)....can discuss if you're interested.

There is visitor parking on site or my friend has a parking space to rent should you need one.
