4 Bedroom Riverside House Cardiff Bay

Restored character house on the river in Cardiff Bay. Currently there are 3 friendly, sociable housemates.

Communal areas include a kitchen, a breakfast room, a small lounge/study and a (very) large living room with widescreen television and more dining area. There is also a washer-dryer and a small decked garden with barbecue.

The room is furnished with a standard double bed, wardrobe, cupboards and shelves.

There is a shared bathroom (bath & shower) and a second toilet.

Utilities are not included in the rent but are  £55 to be paid to myself and include water, electricity, gas, virgin media television & broadband package, television licence and any repairs/upkeep. The only addition to be organised by yourselves, if relevant, is council tax.

Current tenants are friendly, sociable post grads who have full time jobs.
