I have a double room for single occupancy available soon in a fully equipped and furnished two bedroom apartment in the Atlantic Wharf area of Cardiff. Walking distance to both Mermaid Quay and the city centre as well as being close to Cardiff Bay train station and bus routes.

ABOUT THE ROOM: Double bed, wardrobe with three drawers underneath and a separate chest of five drawers, tall book shelf, bedside tables. Room is carpeted. Bedding is not provided unless Monday-Friday let.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

This is a modern, comfortable third floor apartment in a popular development in Atlantic Wharf. It features a large, open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area with juliette balcony and is south-west facing giving plenty of light. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher and halogen hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and washer/dryer also provided. Hardwood flooring in hall and kitchen/lounge/diner. Good sized shared bathroom with shower cubicle as well as bath. WIFI access included

Resident parking available, permit will be provided. Concierge available during the week

ABOUT ME I'm a 30 year old professional female. I am a fun, light hearted individual who is friendly and personable and quite relaxed, most of the time. I am considerate, clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking, films, socialising with friends and travel. I am not a party animal but prefer drinks or a meal with friends. I have two dopey & very friendly indoor cats, one of which is blind (you wouldn't believe it though!), so someone who likes cats is a must.

ABOUT YOU: Professional, non-smoker, considerate, clean and tidy and willing to muck in with chores without being asked. Sociable but not a party animal or night owl. You should be someone who is happy & considerate in a shared arrangement but who also respects privacy when needed.

Monthly rent of £500 PCM, payable in advance. The following bills are included: Water, Council Tax, Electricity* WIFI, internet access & TV Licence.

There will also be a Security Bond charge equivalent to one month's rent, payable at the commencement of the occupancy which is returnable subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement

*NB. Electricity and heating are on the Economy 7 system. Electricity charge, being a variable, is based on average use. Periodic adjustments will be need to be applied if personal use of appliances or equipment is above average.
