My name is Katy, I’m looking for a professional to share my flat in Cardiff bay with. The flat is walking distance to both Cardiff bay and city centre, about 10-15 mins each way. The room is a spacious double, with double fitted wardrobes and use of your own large bathroom with shower and bath.
The flat is top floor and on the end of the block no minimal noise comes in from outside the flat. It has a shared living room and kitchen area that is spacious with neutral décor. Ideally you need to pack light kitchen wise as I have everything you could need, however I am able to make room if necessary.
There is a £150 fee to be added to the tenancy agreement, due to this I am offering a 1 month trial so we can get to know each other before you commit yourself to living with me.
I am a professional working in town centre I enjoy going out and socialising but also appreciate a quiet night in.
