Lovely Room To Rent In Atlantic Wharf

Hello,

I am soon to be moving out of my room in a shared flat on Schooner Way, Atlantic Wharf, and need someone to take my place.

You'll be sharing with a lovely couple - he works from home and she is a student. They're both very friendly and quiet.

The flat has a large living room with a large window over looking the water, a kitchen with all utensils provided, and a bathroom with a bath/shower. It's on the 3rd floor and has a lift to take you up to the flat.

The room is a large double room, it has a wardrobe and shelving. There's lots of plug sockets and a large square window which overlooks the road.

There's plenty of parking both outside the building and in the car park next to the building. It takes only 12 minutes to walk to Cardiff Bay, and only 7 minutes to walk into the city centre. Perfect location as it has easy links to the main roads but isn't a very busy area.

I'm due to move 16/08/2014 however if you require the room sooner I can arrange this.

Deposit is only £350

The best thing is, all bills are included in the £400 rent.
