Double Room in the Bay

Hi,

I have a spare double room to rent in Cardiff Bay. I currently work away from Mon - Thurs and am looking to rent the room out to help with the bills and also for somebody to make use of the house during the week. All bills are included.

It would suit a professional working in the Bay.

There is a visitor parking pass that is available for the residential parking outside. House is furnished and in pretty good condition. There are also 2 shower rooms, so you can have your own one.

I've provided my number, but you won't be able to get me from Mon - Thurs via call as I'm abroad. I use whatsapp though whilst away, so that's the preferred method of getting in touch or through this website.
