House has 2 bathrooms, one of which can be pretty much yours as I travel away 50% of the time.
Parking isn't normally an issue, but it can get busy during working hours with some commuters parking on the street. There is residents parking and a pass available if needs be.
We're both professional, sociable and clean, looking for somebody similar to share the space with.
