There is no confirmed date yet as plans had to be put back. we are possibly looking towards the end of september maybe later. for anyone new to move in. if your in no rush and flexible, then i can keep you on file. viewings can still be arranged in the meantime.

Please note, there is no car parking at this property. There is only one space available which has been taken by the existing tenant.

The existing tenant also works shifts in the NHS, so please bare this in mind as quiet means quiet when resting.

I have one clean double room available in a fully furnished Cardiff Bay 2 bed apartment. Property is the water quarter, on the 5th floor of a 6 floor building. well maintained private gardens, weekly cleaners for the communal areas. Situated next to Cardiff City council building at the end of Bute East dock.

The room has it's own bathroom/shower/toilet but not en-suite. Kitchen is fully utilised with everything communally in place for your use. Flat screen tv, broadband all in place with plenty of storage throughout.

Room is available possibly end of september 2025. Open to male or female, someone who can keep the flat clean and tidy and be able to clean up after themselves. and show absolute respect to the other tenant and the property. You can move in with a suitcase. Just bring your own bed linen.

broadband and phone is included in the rent. landline calls, Electric bill, council tax, water and tv licence is on top. Water, electric an council tax work out about £220 per month on average per person.
If you cannot keep the apartment clean and unable to clean up after yourselves, then dont bother applying. I will not accept any form of un-tidiness at any time. You must respect the other tenant as well as neighbours at all times.

The car parking space is already taken by the other tenant so a non car owner would be better suited.

In less than five minutes you can walk to local bay amenities including cinema, bowling and an array of top bars and restaurants.
There is a regular bus service directly outside building, into the city centre that run every 5-7 minutes and a train service (Cardiff Bay Station) five minutes walk away also into the city centre with good connections to valley and main line services.

You can walk to the city centre within 20 minutes.
This is fully managed by myself and not by an agency. I am a registered HMO landlord. I deal with any issues immediately and not 6 months down the line.

Minimum contract is 12 month and monthly rolling thereafter. You will not be meeting myself for any viewings but the other tenant, as she is the one you will be living with.
I return to cardiff once every weeks as i live away in london but at some point, i will be calling in to say hello or carry out any repairs. I have tradesmen on call for any urgent call outs.
