All bills inc. Double Room in Century Wharf

A large double room in a spacious two-bedroom flat. There is no on-site parking (there are visitor's spaces, but they're not assigned so I can't guarantee that they're free all the time. There is plenty of free parking along the road/side streets.

The room has plenty of space with a double bed, chest of drawers (plus built in wardrobe) and anything else you might need. You are more than welcome to use the TV and kitchenware. The bathroom is not en-suite, but it is adjacent to the bedroom and the other bedroom has an en-suite so you essentially have your own large bathroom with bath and shower etc. The flat has underfloor heating throughout and the price is inclusive of all bills (including council tax and broadband). You have access to a well equipped and maintained gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub on site for free. There is a lift in the building for those of you panicking about stairs. It's quiet and the concierge will take your post for you at the gate.

I work for the NHS as a Special Investigator so hopefully that speaks to my trustworthiness somewhat. I have three cats at the property (two ragdolls for those that are interested in lap-cats) and they're all lovely - they'll greet you at the door and love a cuddle. They aren't allowed in the kitchen for cleanliness reasons and I'll keep them out of your room unless you decide you want them in there. I sometimes work from home and am clean, tidy and make a lot of jokes. I'm also a good cook so the flat should smell excellent on most days. I'm sociable, but I don't go out to clubs so I'm more than happy to watch TV, play board games or have a drink at the pub.

Couples can be considered, but I'd have to organise adjusting the price to meet the bills etc. I have just moved in myself so there is still some furniture being upgraded and walls are being re-painted.
