Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to leave my tenancy and am looking for someone to move in to replace me.

The room is a converted attic with sun trap window and black our blinds. En suit bathroom including bath, shower, sink and toilet.

Memory foam mattress (with bed frame), wardrobe, Desk (with chair) all included in room.

Large living/Dining area with multiple fridge freezers, 3 washing machines and dryers.

Great area - Tesco is across the street, it’s less than 2 miles to any university campus and it’s a 5 minute walk to the centre of town.
