Postgraduate female student wanted!

We're looking for another female housemate to join us in our home in Glynrhondda Street, Cathays.

Its a spacious 3 storey house with a bit of a garden (not massive but it has a fabulous rosemary bush and a fuchsia!)

There are 4 of us right now, 3 already here, one in quarantine elsewhere in Cardiff and soon to join us.

We're looking for at least 1 more female housemate to join us.

Rent is £300 per month including fast cable broadband.
Bills are extra (about £30 per month) we manage them ourselves because its cheaper to do that!
