New housemate wanted! Cathays, Cardiff.

A 6 bedroom house with 1 WC and 2 bathrooms.
The room is located on the ground floor.
It contains a bed, desk with a chair, wardrobe, bedside table, set of draws and shelves.
There is a shared kitchen/lounge area with 2 fridge-freezers, a dishwasher and washing machine. In the lounge area there is a mounted TV and some seating where we love to socialise!
We are all management students in our third year at Cardiff Met.
We are looking for another student who is outgoing and would enjoy spending time with us as a house :)
Rent is £350 per month with £25-£30 for bills on top (this includes electric, gas, broadband and water).
It is possible to buy a parking permit if you have a car, although there is often spaces nearby which don’t require one.
