Looking for 1 clean, tidy, friendly, and respectful female professional for short term (until end April 2026) let in a lovely house with 2 lovely people and a lovely landlady ;-)

Bathroom would be shared with another female.

The double room shares a bathroom (with 1 female) as the third room has its own en-suite.

I am a very chilled live in landlord with my accommodation in a separate out building and am around only some days working, not overnight.

There is a large open plan kitchen, sitting room, dining room which has lots of natural light and separate large comfortable front lounge. A lovely peaceful south-facing decked back garden.

The house has all mod cons - dishwasher, good size fridge and freezer, virgin media super fast broadband included. The shower has descent pressure. There is a cleaner for the communal areas weekly.

Bills all included ie broadband, tv liscence, council tax, water, except gas and electric (split equally so price will range depending on the market but currently £50 pcm).

The house is on Cosmeston Street, which is a wonderful safe family and young professional street. It's near Maindy Stadium/leisure centre. Tesco express and lidl is about 5mins walk and loads of lovely shops and restaurants a few mins walk on Whitchurch and Crwys Road. It's about 20mins walk to town and 15mins to Bute and Roath parks and UHW.
