Master Bedroom In Lgbt Friendly Houseshare

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this amazing lgbt friendly household on dogfield street, cathays ASAP ! Tenancy is from as soon as possible until August 28th x

£292 a month (bills excluded) for the biggest room of the house! Upstairs, and gets loads of sunlight too due to these massive windows 🌞
Room comes with a big double bed and mattress, 1 large wardrobe and 1 large cupboard of drawers. Other furnishings are my own and will not be included 💗

The house consists of 5 other housemates who are super fun and and sociable. Two housemates are non binary and the others are all LGBT so an ideal tenant would be LGBT friendly and respectful of the identity of the tenants. Any gender or sexuality welcome as long as you’re chill! They love to have a dance, play games together, watch telly together and hang out in the garden so the communal spaces get a lotta love!

House consists of:

A massive garden which has a gazebo to hang out in and lovely big trees. Garden gets lots of sunlight!

Spacious brand new open plan fitted kitchen with two fridge freezers (one which is used specifically for veggies and vegan foods!)

Character filled spacious living room extended from the kitchen, smart tv with netlfix and all your telly needs. Three big sofas in here since the housemates love to have friends over and hang out together in the living room.

2 bathrooms! One downstairs with toilet and shower, another upstairs with a bath/shower and toilet (no queues for the potty in this house)

Washing machine, super fast internet (which costs only £6.50 each a month), and some incredible people who will quickly become your next best friends 💗

Security deposit around £195 (but will double check with the agents).
