One large double bedroom going in a quiet 3-bed house in Cathays.
The house has one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room and a small garden. There is also a spare 4th bedroom that we use for storage and for visiting friends/family. The house is a short walk from several amenities as well as Roath Park.
The current housemates are both musicians - but don’t worry, we rarely practise in the house! It is a quiet, clean house, but we enjoy having house meals, film nights and going out for walks and coffee or drinks.
This house would be great for a young professional. Due to the need to split the council tax bill evenly three ways, this house is not suitable for students, unless you're willing to contribute to the bill.
Bills are not included, but they are usually around £70 a month each, plus a share of the council tax.
I have been happy in this house for several years, and the landlord is brilliant. I'm only moving now because I have managed to buy my first property.
