Small double room, great location for a STUDENT

Looking for a full time STUDENT to take over my tenancy as soon as possible, of a small double room in a 6 bed flat. There are 2 shared bathrooms (toilet, shower, basin and towel rack), a shared kitchen/living area. You would be living with 5 2nd year students (3x computer science, 1x archeology and 1x history and politics), shared common interests are gaming but it is definitely not essential! The flat is located in Cathays and is only a 10 minute walk from most of the university buildings, foodshops and takeout restaurants within a minute of the flat!
