Heading to Cardiff for your Masters?

This is a 12 month joint contract for new Masters students from Cardiff University only.

NOTE: you must be a full time postgrad student for the duration of the contract.
Rent is £400 per person per calendar month, no bills included.
All bills shared equally and all household chores too!

Its a lovely sunny house, warm and spacious. There's a yard for sunny afternoons. Parking is permit only outside but as landlords we can sometimes offer off road parking at one of our other properties nearby.

All housemates are expected to contribute their fair share to cleaning, bills and waste management.

We also expect this to be a studious house and friendly respect for your housemates is essential. You will be renting a shared home and not a room in a house. Pro-social behaviour is the norm and we hope you make new friends!

All 7 bedrooms are large and fully furnished. There's two on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. The house is sunny, warm and easy to heat. There are two bathrooms and 3 WCs in total.

The kitchen diner is currently being renovated - its a big, lovely, welcoming and homely communal space.
It is also very functional - loads of cupboards, fridges and workspace, also a washing machine, spin dryer and a dishwasher and a sofa and dining table!
