Room in Flat 4 Miskin Street 7-9 for rent

I will be moving out soon and am looking for a replacement to take my place from September. The flat is just 5 minutes away from town, shops are within 5 minutes walking distance for groceries and other such goods including Cathays train station which is literally the street over and Cardiff Queen Street station about 10 minutes away. Nightlife is just around the corner with clubs surrounding the area which is very handy if in need for a quick beverage. The boys you’ll be living with are very personable, funny, sensible and helpful people to live with and very easy to get along with having lived with them for the previous year. The room for rent is spacious with a desk, built in wardrobe and double bed being furnished along with the rest of the flat.
