Hi.
I need someone to take over my tenancy from 1st of Aug till end of Sep 2024. After that you can renew the contract with the agency which I have been doing for past 3 years. Great landlord too.
However it is a 2 bedroom flat and my current flatmate is now planning to renew her contract so if you are planning to renew the tenancy contract for a whole year you don’t need to look for a another flatmate. Contract transfer fee is £50 that I am aware of.
I have a room in a 2 bedroom house in Cathays next to Woodville road. The rent is £500 with bills included. Unfortunately WIFI is separate and is additional £20. Female preferred. No student as there is council tax to be paid roughly £88 monthly.
Guarantor is important. Also when signing the contract we will have to pay £1000 each and that comes off from the 1st and last month rent. This is when you renew the contract on 1st of oct.
Current flatmate is great and very friendly also looking to renew the contract on 1st oct.
