The property is a mid terrace, 15 - 20 minutes from Cardiff University, 20 to - 30 to the centre.

The other tenants are 21 - 24 previous students now working. Three famales one male. They are all very friendly.

The room available is the front downstairs. It has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest, and desk and chair. Carpeted. Insulated walls.

The house has a large kitchn/lounge area.

It has one bathroom and a second toilet.

Rent is £480 pm includes all bills - wireless broadband, water and electric gas, council tax.
