Description

We are a relaxed house in north cathays. Currently 2M and 3F, but one guy is moving out so were looking for a nice replacement. We try to do stuff as a house like film nights, boardgames and walks etc

The house includes all bills OTHER than council tax. We have a garden area, kitchen with dish washer and washing machine and a living room.

Council Tax is close to 50 a month and minimum stay is 6 months, any questions let me know! We are looking for professionals happy to contribute to council tax.

The second room is available from 1st of November while the first is from 1st of October.
