6 of the rooms in the house are currently taken by Cardiff University students who will be second year at the start of the 24/25 year. They are clean, organised students who keep communal areas tidy.

The location is in Cathays, with Cardiff University a 5 minute walk away and University of South Wales a 15 minute walk away. Cathays train station is very close by.
