Bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
There are 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and 2 toilets which are shared. The spacious open plan kitchen and living room are also shared with the 6 other girls.
The house has an open kitchen with a dryer and two washing machines upstairs. The living room has a large sofa and a flat screen TV. Wi-Fi is £4 extras a month.
6 of the rooms in the house are currently taken by students who will be third year at the start of the 24/25 year. They are clean, organised students who keep communal areas tidy.
The location is Merthyr St, Cathays, with Cardiff University a 5 minute walk away and Llandaff Campus a 30 minute walk away. Cathays train station is very close by.
