This ad is for a tenancy start date of the 1st July 2025. We are currently seeking three housemates to join our house. Preferably one female and one male to make a 3:2 ratio
(F: M), thank you. Current housemates are mature healthcare students with one starting full time work in September.

This is a beautiful property located on Malefant street, with many amenities (Tesco express 5 mins, Sainsbury’s local 5 mins, Lidl 10 mins, and many take out/restaurants along Crwys/Whitchurch Road). UHW is a 20 minute walk and there is good access to local transport links.

The house has 1 large kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a lounge area, two bathrooms and a small garden area. There are three rooms available which are all furnished and all contain a double bed, desk and wardrobe. The rooms available are:

Room 1 - large room situated on the 1st floor at the back of the property at the top of the stairs.

Room 2 - Room located on the 1st floor

We are currently accepting applications, soon after do viewings, and finally have a friendly chat with the current housemates.

The cost is 500 rent pcm not including bills. Bills cost an estimated 80-90/month per person and a £5/month kitty which covers general house needs for example cleaning supplies.
