We are 3 housemates looking for 2 more people to join us.

Or a PhD student with a whole year at least to run
The house has 5 bedrooms, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, and extra WC.
It is licenced by Cardiff Council to have space and amenities for a maximum of 5 people to share.
One room is the master bedroom upstairs-Rent share: £400 per month
One room on ground floor - rent share;: £380 per month
Rent due 2 months in advance along with water bill payment and then followed by 10 more monthly rent payments.
Our contract begins on 15th September 2024 and will run for 12 months - not extendable but you may sign a new contract for the following 12 months - subject to status.
You will be required to share all household responsibilities and bills, equally with everyone else. This is a serious requirement.
