We are a friendly house of three Cardiff Uni students, but I will be studying abroad during the Spring Term (Jan-June) and am looking for someone to replace me :)
The room features a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and is on the ground level, with easy access to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom (all on ground level). The rent includes Wi-fi but not gas or electric, which is split equally between us.
The letting agency only allows students to live at this property so, we’d like another student to live here.
We’d highly recommend viewing the room as the picture is a slightly older photo provided by the letting agency. Feel free to send a message regarding viewings! Thank you :)
